We have alot of leftover Chicken, pork, beef. All been roasted. At present I don't have the time or energy to turn it into curries or soups(which is what I'd normally do) so will u please tell me how long I can freeze the different meat slices for? Thanks

Almost indefinitely....but quality will deteriorate the longer food is frozen. I'd say 6 months is the limit before quality is affected.Also-the sooner you do it the better.

This may help also...there are more specific instructions as to how to package your meat... http://www.ehow.com/h...eeze-cooked-meat.html
6 months is a good indicator, I've done it for longer but the thawed quality is less good.
