I downloaded some music files in WAV format and I could not burn them onto a CD.
I converted them into MP3 as I know how to burn these onto CD and the music has slowed down to a ridiculously slow speed. Any tips on how to overcome this problem?

Thanks in advance

cdburnerxp is an excellent freeware cd/dvd burner. Wavs are no problem for it. I use this program as my default burner.
They will probably not convert as sampling rate is incorrect.
Any CD burning prog should burn standard .wav files.
That is why you are getting the speed problem.
Play the downloaded file .. What happens?
Is the rate/file properties displayed?
If you still have problems download the FREE program "Power Sound Editor Free".
Under the EFFECTS tab you can alter the Speed and/or Pitch of music.
