How can I play amr files on my pc

I have got some sound files on my Sony Ericsson that will not play on my pc becase they are amr files. Is there anyway that I can easily convert these to mp3 wav or some form my pc will play?

Apparently Quicktime 6.4 or higher will do the trick. RealPlayer seems to work too, or you can d/l a converter here.
