Has anyone any ideas of how to stop my screen scrolling ...........

For the past few days my screen is scrolling up and down and I'm finding it difficult to stop it on the item I want it to. Any help would be appreciated.

Man flu Naz, must be the worst thing ever he thinks he's on his last legs. I just hope they are all well before the end of December when I can get away from it all.
