ok well last nite i went out to my friends after a struggling to pull myself away from corrie. as per usual a few of the boyfriends were there. so in the end we decided to go for a spin and we ended up on a pier went for a lovely walk but i was on my own and surrounded by couples it was quite upsetting anyway i do as i always do and put on a smile and acted fine but all i wanted to do was crawl in to a corner and cry. you see the problem is i come from a group of girls that have never had relationships but now all of a sudden the have all coupled up and im all by myself dont get me wrong i am very happy for them but its just gettin to the point when at the weekends and im in the pub and surrounded by them all its so depressing up until now i was never to bothered about havin a boyfriend but now im just gettin to the point where i feel the is something wrong with me.i just dont know what to do any more!

How completely poo for you.  Try suggesting girl only nights.  Is any one else in the same boat as you?  If so, have a good moan to them - it's really therapeutic! 

I hope that when you do all go out en masse that you're not being ignored by all the couples?  If so, have a word with whoever you trust the most and they should try to keep you involved a little more on the nights out.

Do any of the other boyfriends have a brother or friend you might be interested in?  You could get a trusted friend to drop hints to the whole group (in a nice way) and hopefully someone will be able to get the ball rolling for you!  Good luck spike, I've been single for almost 6 years (by choice) but I know what you mean about social gatherings when everyone else is in a couple.

hi piper ak oh believely me tried the whole girl nite. went somewhere different on sat for my friends birthday but the bhoyfriends turned up.... also tried telling them but theyt just think im being rediculous oh and yea i sit there practically talkin to myself in the pub.

hi nfn one of the lads had a friend out one night we got on well but he got drunk and turned out to be a complete creep and would leave me alone.

i had been scorin fellas in the past but the just turned out to be total *****!! im just sick of it all.
