Opening of Broadband Company

I want to Open My Broadband Company but i Don't Know how to start and what are the necessary planning is requirements and what are the license needed for operating this business.If anyone who have Knowledge then please pass me the information.

Does it is neccseary to get the License and also spectrum?

The easiest way to start a broadband company is by reselling services which you buy in, at a discount, from the 'big boys'. Google 'broadband reseller' to see what's available.
