I have had that for some years now. Not freezing but colder than the left one. Doc says nothing to worry about.

Probably poor circulation, Dotty.
My heating is on too dotty, I have my thick socks on, and my boot slippers too, and both of my feet are freeeeezing!..........Hate this weather!..............
This one is easy, - just sit on the other side of your fire/heat source.
Seriously, whether you are male or female with cold legs in this weather, try wearing a pair of tights under the socks. The Mountain Rescue wear these often under their cords etc as its one of the best ways to keep heat in on the body in very cold situations, (apart from being a reserve cord for making a shelter etc.....very useful to have in the rucksack)

The radiator is behind me! I think it is probably that I;ve been crashed out on the sofa for 2 hours doing nothing!
Bizarre - I also suffer and it is always the right foot that is the cold one!
try one stocking or 'nylon' sock

lol my ex was a MR team leader and yes he did wear tights under his breaches (pronounced breeks for some reason lol)
I should probably have said that you need to be sure you are in good health otherwise and have been checked for diabetes.

I've no time to be ill I'm too busy at work lol, it's not happened before and I've checked there are no draughts, it's startin to actually feel painful it's so cold, wierd indeed.
scotland perhaps, dotty, breeks is terminology up there - I did some support work for the Nevis team a few times at Uni...in the Lakes most of the work was on the Langadles/Grasmere/High Street and across into the Sedbergh/Ingleton area - which is not fun from a 'death crew' basis, given the karst landscape.

No his troop covered the Brecon Beacons out of RAF St Athan DT, but half the lads were Scottish as I recall,
Dotty, listen to Scotman. He knows what he is talking about, and so do I. If your foot is as badly frozen as that you should get checked for diabetes and also your circulation in that one leg, especially if there is pain could be a blocked artery. Dont want to alarm you unnecessarily but best to get it checked as soon as possible. If it is nothing then there is no harm done.
Oh dotty, I live quite near to St Athan's and not too far away from the Brecon Beacons, it's bleak up there!...........
