I'll try to keep this brief. My pc keeps saying virtual memory running low..When ive looked in "task manager" "processes" there is a list of approx 55 thing using memorie ( i think) the highest one says

explorer.exe home 7,360k then 22,108k (um size) the next highest says :-
svchost.eve system 6304k then 14,776k (um size)

If i try to delete them it comes up with different messages. Are these virus,s maybe? thanks julie

forgot to mention my pc is only 1 gig. (about 4 yr old).
Those processes are part of Windows and using only typical amounts of memory.

See here for a possible solution to your problem:

Check the rest of processes .. You have something (aftermarket addon or program) running that is using it all.
(or you're infected) Switch OFF System Restore and do a full AV scan too. (Switch on again afterwards)
Also run Malwarebytes and let it do its job (before you switch System Restore back on)
