I thought of Green Bay but couldn't see a connection to Cornwall or 'time flies'.
I suppose T must 'fly' from the clue.
I think it's LATIN TAG. From LA and TINTAGEL.
Can someone explain 16D STERNEST? I had though it was that, and I get the definition part and that canonised is ST, but what about 'Worthing christened'?
Jack / Ernest Worthing in The Importance Of Being Earnest" would be known as St. Ernest if canonised
