This is true, he will not have to pay child surport, because he will not be declared as the childs father, but the child wont have there father on 'their' birth certificate. I disagree though with mothers using this power over the father, being judge and jury over his abilities as a father, there is a white paper in parliament to make it mandatory for both parents to be on the birth certificate.
Every child should have the fathers name on the birth certificate, no if or buts. Far too many fathers are left out of their childrens lives and its disgraceful any mother who objects to it. Ive 3 kids being used against me all under 4 years old. my names on 2 certificates, 1 women used it for financial gain all the while telling me the child wasnt mine. I asked the csa for a dna test and the mother refused so the money stopped. I still lost £2000 by the time i hassled the csa to sort it out. Do i get my money back? NO. My other 2 kids lost out in that money. Fair? I think not. So the mother of my other kids puts my name on 1 certificate and not the other!! Fair on the child without my name on it? Ofcourse it isnt. Mothers get away with it law is on their side. Bad mothers? YES. Happy enough to have kids and even happier to screw every last penny out you and not let you see them. Scumbags
I agree some mothers, not all have a great deal to answer for.Robbing their own children of their paternal family and all the love they would experience from it.I really do know what I'm talking about here. All children should know and have both parents names on thier birth certificate. At age 55 I found out that my fathers surname was not the one I grew up with and we cannot find out who our biological grandfather was.I felt bereft at not knowing my true parentage on my fathers side.My ancestry is cut short and I feel I dont know who I am.My family history will forever be a mystery to me now. It has affected me in more ways than I could ever imagine. And so I beg all you power hungry mothers to please consider your childrens future emotional wellbeing.Parental allienation is a dreadful tool that vindictive mothers use without concience. My Son pays over £400 a month in maintenance and his ex has effectivley stopped his access to his children, one of whom she has not put the Fathers name on his birth certificate.I am a loving Nanna from a wider loving Family and my granchildren are missing out on so much as my other grandchildren will verify. They adore spending time with me because the whole time is spent in fun games and activities. Trips to the cimema and outings to fun places.Painting and crafting.Just think what you are doing to your kids it is they who are important and not your quest for control.
