Spring Onions

I put some chopped Spring onions in my fridge earlier, i have since taken them out and the smell still remains in my fridge. How do i get rid of the smell?

I already have on of those Fridge fresh plastic eggs, which hasn't done anything.

Hi a quick wipe out with a bicarb mix  or leave half a lemon in the fridge overnight, might do it !!

Fill a shallow dish with baking soda and place in in the fridge.
