I'll stick to beef! (or pork for meatballs)!!

I quite like veggie lasagne anyway.
Sorry Ena, but wouldn't buy turkey mince from the Co-op or anywhere else for that matter. Would much rather have a 10/- tick sheet at Florrie Lindley's.
If you ever had experience of turkey produce from somewhere like Bernard Matthews you would never buy turkey mince or any other turkey product ever again!!!

Never buy their products, animal cruelty i heard...
Turkey mince is going to be inherently dry, it will benefit from having some finely chopped bacon added if making meatballs or make sure there is a generous amount of sauce/gravy in your final choice of dish.
I never ever use beef mince, i've used turkey mince for years to make shepherds pie, meat balls and home made burgers and never had a problem. My children and others who i've cooked them for often praise me on recipes. all i do is add onion, garlic, powdered chicken or veg stock, paprika, ground black pepper, cayenne, dried mixed herbs and a little chopped coriander NO SALT, the veg or chicken stock contains salt....mix well and leave to cool in fridge for a couple of hours, this ensures that meat balls or burgers will not break up when frying, i always use olive oil to cook them, try it, you'll be well pleased.
Jeez, I'm so tired after reading that I'll have to pop out for a McDonald's. (Psst - don't tell Molly)
Nothing gives the flavour that a good beef mince gives. Actually Turkey mince has very little flavour (except cardboard) and does nothing to enhance food. The food relies solely on the other ingredients in my opinion. I would rather use soya or quorn than turkey for the protein content.
There you go poodi - St Peter has answered your prayers with a nice receipt.

Poodi, you could always make turkey burger, meat balls.
cannelloni would be a tasty option
You could make Kheema-the spices would cancel out the turkey taste.....

As for meatballs....you can make wonderful Middle Eastern koftas with lamb-and only lamb....lovely.
Other mince...-I make an Italian meatloaf with chicken and pork. It is wrapped in foil-and basted with chicken stock.....comes out really moist.
