Does anyone recognise the actress who presents the Jenny Craig advert? She looks so familiar but I can't work out where I have seen her before.

There's a few on YouTube (Can't say I have seen an advert for "Jenny Craig"). Is it Kirstie Alley?

The one that I've seen at the Jenny Craig website is of a young brunette and it's certainly not Kirstie Alley.

The advertisement is on the television. It is on all the time on ITV2. She is British and definitely not Kirsty Allie.
