I have and it was one of the scariest things that has ever happened to me. I was having a normal dream, when this other "dream" broke through and I was sucked into it. I saw a woman driving a car and she was screaming, because she was about to die. I could see what she was seeing, and one second there were just cars and lorries in front of her on a large motorway, the next it was just whiteness. The only other thing I could tell was that it was in the States. When I woke I was so scared I couldn't scream, although I was trying. I knew that this was going to happen, so I watched the News avidly for the next few days. That was when a plane crashed in America, with various parts falling off it on the way, onto a freeway. I've never been able to think of a logical explanation for it, so I have to put it down as a premonition.

hey :o) well i'll cut it short .... but last tuesday night both my friend and i had dreams .. mine was more of a premonition than his and its weird we had it the same night cos he is at stirling uni in scotland and my in brum. He dreamt about being followed by a white wolf thru a snowy forest and i dreamt about being given flowers by an alien! I had them interpreted by a lecturer at uni and apparently his is about
moving on from hard times and into something new and mine was about encountering some1 fromn my past and the flowers represent being respected/admired! Which is relevant to both of us as he had just split from a long term girlfriend and i had an ex get in contact with me!
Premonition dreams, no. Coincidences yes.
The other night I deampt I was on a balcony with Anne Widdecombe and Michael Portillo dangling a rope down trying to lassoe Spain . I do hope it does'nt come true .
Sorry, xyzzy, I can't believe that they are just coincidences. I'm open to alternative suggestions, but I knew at the time that this was different and that it was going to come true. There may be some other reasoning behind it, (as with "alien abductions" which are starting to be explained by other influences) but it was not just a normal dream.
Hmm, Well I have had three dreams which felt the same and scared me sh*tless. The first: I was sat in Hyde Park having a picnic when bombs started dropping. But then we saw they weren't bombs - they were meteors. As we started to run away a large one hit and everything went white. In the second I was standing outside a closed bar next to a canal or river when I saw a missile (which was shaped with three tail fins - one on top and two at the sides) shoot close over head then blow up and everything went white. Third: I was in a house and there was a big earthquake. A bookshelf overturned on me and everything went white. I remember all of those in great detail and I woke up after all of them very agitated. In the first instance three days afterward there was a near miss from a very large asteroid. Seven months after the second the Colombia Shuttle blew up (I had a look on the net after this one, terrified it meant nuclear war, but I couldn't find a missile like it - just the shuttle). The morning after the third there was a large earthquake in China. I know it seems really silly based on the evidence above, but I am now really, really dreading my next similar dream.

No Cathy., I wasn't poopoohing premonitions, merely answering the Question; "Have you ever had a premonition dream?" I (personally) have had no premonition dreams but feel that coincidences live 'down the same alley' :-)
ps Cathy. I have had premonition while awake. But being a bit skeptical I call it 'coincidence' or else I rationalise it. But that little background niggler is still in the corner. I also think some panic attacks are in the same alley sometimes when the fabric of reality gets a bit thin or wobbles. As Edwin Hubble said; 'Maybe the universe is fuzzy'.

Years ago, my wife and I were camping in our little tent, when one night she suddenly sat up patting her hands everywhere and shouting that the tent was on fire. It took ages to calm her down. The very next day, our camping stove fell over and set the blinking tent on fire... I still blame her to this day... And thinking about it I must mend that hole...!
