I thought about you the other week. I was in Morrisons and a woman in front of me put two pomegranates on the scale. She pressed "onions" on the touchpad, but they were deffo pomegranates - it set off an alarm and an assistant came to help.
I chuckled as I did wonder if it'd been deliberate, but I also wondered how the scales knew they were pommies and not onions. They definitely looked similar. Do you think there is a way the scales can differentiate now? If not, why did an alarm sound ... what do you think?
