Dance lessons as seen on X Factor

I was watching yesterdays X Factor, and there was one part where everyone had dance lessons, which looked really good, I was wondering where I can get into that... as in just for exercise? im sure i would enjoy it alot more and also burn sooooooooo much fat!!

Can't help with where you can get lessons but when I was a kid in the late 50s early 60s my two elder sisters went to dance classes and used to use me to practise their moves which at the time I hated however a few years down the line when I was at the age when I was becoming interested in girls I was well in as I knew all the dances and wasn't afraid to try them or new moves out, In fact right up to 10 years ago when I had a stroke the Boss and I would go dancing 2-3 times a week
