More than 26 anti social incidents in Britain per minute..
I am down as saying not all young ones are bad , they are some mighty decent young folks in our country..
but what would be the answer to this breakdown of law and order?
2 compulsory yrs in the Army?
Why should they deal with the dregs of society?
Stiffer sentences?
Prisons are full to overflowing!!
Maybe ridiculing the offenders in, say, large Stadiums? Hell No! HR would have a field day.
Boot Camps run by ex Army toughies?..sounds good to me

Something like 50% of the prison population were in care at some point as children; as with the discussion the other day about what should be done with single mums who have no intention of supporting themselves; I think this discussion boils down to society and unfortunately changing society and societal values isn't going to happen with one solution alone.
