I'm going in for a Breast Reduction and would like to find out if any of the wonder products that reduce scars have been tried and tested?

Never tried them following my breast surgery, but take heart because in a very short time, they will blend in with your skin.  As your surgery is cosmetic, they will probably put the stitches where they will give you the least hassle.  Good luck with it, I wish you well.
Vitamin E is supposed to be really good for skin, I think it helps heal scarring, it's not exactly a wonder cure, but I'd imagine it would work better, at the vesy least you can try.  A bottle of it probably only costs a few pounds from Superdrug.
Dermatix cream/gel is supposed to be very good but also expensive.

Regular moisturising helps so this is why vitamin E cream can be useful but any moisturising cream would probably have the same benefits.

I am going through a course of steroid injections (actually injected into the scar). This reduces redness and makes it flat. It is the first real difference I have noticed.

Dermal K cream is really good for removing scars.

It has been surgically tested and can be bought on most health websites.
