Music used on tonights Countryfile

Does anyone know the music used on tonight's (8/8/2010) Countryfile in the background of the piece about memorials? I'm sure I've heard it used on a film but I'm really stumped. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

My darling wife to be was also bugged by this piece of music - the link is i think similar to one played later - Ludovico Einarde plays such beautiful music and it is very approporiate for that wonderful place. :-) Neal

Ludovico Einaudi - Divenire as my wonderful husband to be states in his reply. The piece of music I am going to be bugging him with humming is the piece at the very beginning of the memorial garden; very short piano piece, slow and haunting.
