Anyone seen any aurora activity yet?

("northern lights") Last Sunday's massive solar eruption is supposed to give rise to some intense electro-magnetic activity over the next day or two including aurora borealis visible more southerly than normal.

Well we think so! We live in the North West and went down on the beach at 11pm last night and saw a light green glow on the horizon!
I live in the South and with the light pollution from London it's a miracle I can even see the moon.
Words of advice from a scientist, as quoted in our local newspaper..."To see the aurora, the sky will have to be clear".
