I found the original thread eventually. It was older than I thought, so I hadn't gone back far enough.

I think I tensed up when I was falling. My stomach is also sore. OH said he'd wished he'd filmed it as it would be really funny to watch back in slow motion :-(

Glad you are ok ummmm. These things happen so quickly dont they. IT probably would be funny in slow motion but its not at the time is it. Hope you recover quickly
