eww exactemundo....
still there after 3 months ... just proves though that Currys and their like employ staff with no general knowledge about the items are selling.
Most people wouldn't have any knowledge about the goods they are selling in those sort of places C K, lol Its now up to Curry's to train them, if they're not conversant about 'whatever' its Curry's fault. Its Curry's that should be blamed.

My late mum was employed by curry's for many years, she knew her products inside and out,and won several awards and prizes for her high sales, and returning customers who would come back and purchase products from her again..
Thats what I like to hear poodi.

Tell C K.

Whether it's washing machines, cookers, televisions or stereos I have often asked questions about products that are not exactly challenging only to be met with "i'll just have to ask my colleague" or "i'm sure the answer is on our website".

I was not criticising the employees themselves but the companies themselves who place their people in situations only to struggle but believing it doesn't matter as a lot of people are lazy and go straight to the local retail park to get the best "deal" when they are probably missing out on the wealth of knowledge and experience offered by the local independents and also the ability to negotiate a good deal. Not to mention the aftercare service to ensure you return for your next purchase instead of hiding behind overpriced "insurance" policys they make commission on.

I never shop in these places and do not feel as if i'm missing out on anything.
