After running cc cleaner?

Just a follow up to my earlier post about deleting temporary files. If I run cc cleaner with all the boxes ticked is there anything that will happen that may be negative? For example will I still automatically log in to sites or will my login codes be lost? Or will it affect my bookmarks? Is there any box which I may wish to untick? Thanks, in case you can't tell I'm worried about burgering the whole thing up.

If you tick all the boxes then cookies will be deleted so you will need to log in to all your sites again.

And with some, e.g. Menu Order Cache, make sure you read and understand the warning message that comes up - if in doubt don't tick the box.
