Could be him. I met him when he came to live in Lincolnshire around 2001 ish. Last time I saw him would be around 2006 - but all the dates you give add up.
It would be nice to know he (and Lil/Susan & his daughters are ok - they were a nice family). I hope he didn't get hurt & I wish them well. He was a cool dude & I did quite fancy him (when he washed....!)

I can trance with the rest of them.... It was very mesmeric. Didn't think much to the portaloo's though.... ;-)
