If the brakes are used normaly there won't be any difference, it means the ABS system has a fault and may not work if needed.

weve got the same prob with our fiesta and was told that this doesnt affect the brakes at all. When your abs system went down did your speedometer go too?

^ Only bought the car recently, ABS warning light has been on since, no problem with speedo
