This was broken when i got the car last month

What might it cost to fix. Do i take it to a regular garage or would it have to be at a proper Peugeot garage?

What's broken?
The arm, spindle attachment .. or does the spindle just go round and round?
Look for parts on eBay. No shortage here ....

Do not take this to your Dealer " Unless you have a lot of money to spend" If the wiper motor is running but the wiper is not wiping this may be the Nut under the plastic cover on the wiper arm, if not the wiper fits on the motor by a spline that is on the underside of the wiper arm that may have become worn, if you are talking about the Blade that does go on these cars, the replacement cost £6 any Local Auto shop will replace FOC for you, if you can give a better insight of you Broken???????? wiper you will get more help, take heed of my first advice.
