About a year ago I was seeing a lovely guy, we got on really well, had great sex and a laugh, I honestly had a lovely time. We were both casual about it, and I ended up getting into a relationship with another guy then didn't see the casual guy for a while.

I'm now single again and in the past couple of weeks have been seeing casual guy again. He's helped me through a difficult time and is still the great company I enjoyed. I can feel myself falling for this guy, I never want to lose touch with him again - is it possible for 2 people who have enjoyed no strings fun to progress into a meaningful relationship?

Knots and tangles
Mornin gemmabe, I think so, you can talk and take your relationship to another level if you both feel the same, then why the hell  not? ;-)
YES, this is exactly how my relationship went with my ex. lol ok, ok, I know I said ex but we were together for nearly 5 years in the end.
Definatley, I was just casual with a man for about 1 year, used to only ever see him at the weekend and that was it, now we've been together properly for almost a year, going on holiday together and practically live with each other, just go for it!
Yes i think it can, i'm in a similar position, been 'casual' for about 6 months now, i've been holding off because his situation is 'complicated' so i haven't let myself fall for him.  I do like him though, so i'm not going to worry too much about where it is or isn't going just yet, and just enjoy his company when i have it :o) Friendship is the foundation of all good relationships.  Have fun and good luck. x

Hmm well we went out for as meal earlier, had a great time and he kissed me! Not getting my hopes up too high, but it felt "different" than it used to...more special...
