What did the virus scan say the virus was? And, much more importantly, what did the virus scan suggest you do about it?

Hi Sarah
When you have finished your scan and have the results .You should turn off system restore and download Maiwarebytes and save it to your desktop. Restart your computer in safemode and run Malwarebytes to remove the trojans and any other nasties after you have finished restart your computer and turn on system restore again. What antivirus are you using?
