I just sat down with a nice hot cup of coffee and a couple of biccies. I dunked in a custard cream but I don't like the sensation of the biscuit going mushy with the firmer cream inside. Onto the gingernut methinks? Which biscuit do you think is best for dunking?

I have just realised what is odd about this thread....................

Where's B00 got to ?
Ginger nuts are great for making a base for Mascarpone and Lime Cheesecake.

But I don't like them as a biscuit really.

He does.....we don't need an extra trigger though :-)
Strangely!! I rarely drink tea, I drink a lot of black coffee though, I wont eat biscuits unless I have the whole packet, usually Rich Tea, some times Digestive, Although I love Ginger Nuts I never dunk them!!
lol....I'm so immature.

What about dunking jam sandwiches. Used to do it but haven't in years.
I've never dunked anything in tea other than biscuits flobadob!

I know some people may think it's disgusting, but what I think is worse, are people who have fondue parties - all that dipping & eating from the same server - yuk!
I agree smudge, that would really make me throw up, I'm OK as long as they don't bite something and then dip it again, gross!! all their germs in fondue!! I cant even share off someones plate, not even my kids or my partner!!
gingernuts and rich tea
