What is Florida law specifically regarding minor entertainers in bars? I was told that as long as an adult is present during the performances and the minor steps outside between sets, that it's okay. Also, what laws, if any, govern hours a minor can be booked to play? Does it make any difference if a minor is home-schooled? I need this information for bar managers who don't seem to know the law either way. Thank you.

This is a British site (hence ".co.uk " in the title) . It's highly unlikely that anyone on here will know the State laws of Florida
