What is the best 'who done it' on telly/

Don't know if this a generation thing but I prefer those that are set in the past, you know the Agatha Christie type of thing, or perhaps Sherlock Holmes.

I also enjoy Midsommers Murders and Foyle's War.

Great if they made a series of Paul temple or even Sexton Blake.

it's not the same because i read it in a book first but i think you can't beat psycho. When you find out the mum is actually dead it's a shocker
I love Agatha Christie and Midsomer Murders. But the one that really keeps me guessing is Jonathon Creek.
Thanks for sharing bednobs - I've never seen psycho.
Foyles war for me AOG, Michael Kitchen is a great actor
Another one set in the past is Murdoch Mysteries on Alibi.
I was in HMV today and they have Paul Temple on DVD the Francis Matthews series.
Poirot is my favourite Dalziel and Pascoe a close second.
i love Monk and Jonathon Creek
Coloumbo or the Mentalist.
