Lol......the dog looks cute as well..!!
Lankeela that was excellent...............good job the owner has a sense of humour. although you can almost sense them weeping.
remember many years ago leaving Mitchie and her year old pup for about half an hour - absolute furniture carnage when I got back.
Ahahaha! Aw. x
Cheered me up. Thanks.
Try English Bull Terriers, there would be less damage if a Tornado passed through, and back again....
We had boxers when when I was a kid. Mine starting chewing as soon as he cam in the front door, carpet, underlay, contents of chip pan (god, that one was nasty) & best of all, a chair leg that nobody noticed until my dad sat down..............
sitting here with tears of laughter rolling down my cheeks
Love it...how funny is that!

Had a Labrador once that ate 2 three piece suites.Hole through lounge wall onto stairs.1 carpet.2 rolls of lino.pedal bin and all its contents(that was interesting when the contents.ie butter wrapping and bread wrappings started to appear from other end.)umpteen aerosols(don't know how it didn't blow its' face off)shopping from basket under pram when left alone with it for 10 mins.numerous cushions,it escaped once and destroyed every football on the estate that children were playing with,oh the list is endless. When I think of it now I realise we must have really loved that dog !!!
Thats priceless. I had a large pouffe that suffered a similar fete a few years ago. Said dog is still alive and will still destroy things given the chance.

First thing when I retire is to get a Boxer puppy. My last one got through an entire sofa.
Great listing! Jules I have a pouffé which "belongs" to my cats. They can beat it up as much as they like, as long as they leave everything else alone. Seems to work so far....!
Best friends labrador buried a sunlounger, mother in laws Boxer was a sweetie though, not bright but with firm handling turned into a lovely obedient snugglydog. Just think you need to be with them all the time when they are young and just be really firm..... you must be pack alpha then they are happy and secure because they know their place. I believe he was 'wardrobes' strain one of the big tan ones cracking dog.

My first GSD once chewed up a leather pouffe. When I came home the white fluffy filling was all over the room - I nearly had a heart attack as we had a white Chinchilla Persian cat at the time, and I thought he had killed poor Basil. That night at training was the first time I really had any control of him - I was so upset and angry that I really made him work!
Labrador could open the fridge door, jellies, yorkshire pudding batter anything, then on to curtains, cushions, my slippers never had any toes in them.
My eldest must have seen this thread as she has eaten some holes in our youngsters bed today. Thought she would lie in it and hide the evidence, but the fluff all over the house gave it away. Naughty girl.
