I had to rewind my Sky+ box to listen again to what he said. I couldn't believe that the man that has brought the UK to the brink of bankruptcy had the gall to say he knew how to run the economy. The man is suffering from delusions.
It terrifies me reading posts likes these, to think that people with so little understanding of current affairs have the vote. I'm not a supporter of Labour or Gordon Brown, but if you realy believe that Britain's economic woes were brought about by GB, then you really need to learn a bit more about the causes of the WORLD economic crash.
It was Brown's skill which prevented this country going the way of Greece, following the global crisis mainly caused by US banks.

I look forward to you showing me a link to where The Times published a retraction to the article and/or an apology for publishing it. As the web page is still freely available I can only assume you won't be able to.

The Times yesterday switched support from Labour to the Tories. That rather blows your last statement out of the water, wouldn't you agree?
