I agree about eastenders,surely the real cockneys are not as miserable as that lot.I don't know why they keep winning the awards either.

Joanne - funny you should say that! I was in London the other day and got talking to a real born and bred Londoner and she said the same! She said real East Enders are nothing like that, she said they never go anywhere on the programme and she couldn't stand to watch it, so you're right!!!

Only watch Corrie as can't stand the others. So can only pick someone from Corrie. None of them really niggle me, but I can't see the point of Michelle or her son Ryan. They add nothing to the show at all.

I grew up in London in the 40s/50s/60's. Real Londoners were friendly and happy, but unfortunately there are few of them left these days.
