I get eye strain whilst using the computer too much, then my daugher in law who is an optician suggested she changed my lenses for anti glare, i must say this has helped me enormously.

I have a problem with my right hand, it seems to click an ache on the inside of my palm and wrist when i turn it, I don't know if a support will help, but I think I'll have to rest it for a few days. This has nothing to do with the pile of ironing waiting to be done,
