If you buy commercially produced fat balls, Netto have a fantastic offer on at the moment. A box of 100 is only £6 and it includes a free feeder. I haven't seen them anywhere else so cheap!

I used to pass a sign outside a shop every morning. It said "We have fat balls" - made me snigger.

M&S had fish balls for sale today - must have been a huge fish.

My dad used to buy the balls of fat for the birds in a local independent garden shop - do they still have little shops like that?
