Has anyone ever had an overnight stop in Doha when travelling with Qatar airlines?

Do you know of a nice hotel, preferably with swimming pool, that is not ridiculously
expensive and not too far from the airport (we will have two small children with us so preferably child friendly)

I have stayed in a few but one which is not to exp is the Retaj Al Rayyan which is in walking distance from the Mall.
It has an outside pool and also a children's pool with views across the harbor. The rooms are nice and the staff very friendly. Check their website. Hope this helps.
