I am having problems connecting with my wireless laptop, my provider BT has asked if I want to connect to BT Openzone 2 - does this mean I have to pay or is it free ?

I don't want it - but sometimes it comes up on my screen when I try to open up, and I have to switch off and reboot to get rid of it. I can't get any further into the internet either until I get rid of it.
How do you normally connect to the internet?

Its Ok now , BT have deleted them for me.
