Seedless grapes

Years ago you could always buy seedless green grapes that were really sweet and juicy but not much bigger than peas. I haven't seen them like this for a very long time? Anyone know why?

They are out of season?
Come to think of it, you're absolutely right ... the only place where I see these tiny little seedless grapes nowadays is in France - and I think they are muscat grapes (but I believe there are other varieties that they grow for table use, rather than wine. And you never see those lovely big black grapes nowadays ...
