Seedless grapes

Where do they get the seeds from to grow seedless grapes?

They are grown from either cuttings or grafting on to other growing root stocks

I think this is true of almost all fruit trees. The seeds in the fruit (where there are any) are the result of a random pollination so there's no telling what kind of fruit they would produce.
