1. Close all open Web browsers
2. From the "Start" menu in Windows, select "Control Panel"
3. Select "Add/Remove Programs"
4. Select the program with the Ask logo and the text "Ask Toolbar" (or our partner’s brand for a custom Toolbar)
5. Click "Change/Remove"

(couldn't be bothered to type it so excuse copy and paste)

Thank you once again for coming to the rescue ChuckFickens, I do wish that
when you download things they would not stick on things that you haven't asked for
Grrrrrrrr.
Usually sec when you are installing programs it will pre-tick boxes assuming you want all the add ons associated with the program. Generally you can untick these boxes before you install it.
