After a three year absence due to medical reasons, I am going to go back to bus driving. What are your thoughts on bus drivers, good as well as bad please. I worked in London but I'm sure bus drivers are the same all over. It's been interesting to see it from a passengers point of view, as I travel always by public transport. Also, if anyone has any queries about anything concerning buses and bus driving, I would be happy to explain if I possibly can.

why do bus drivers think it is okay to pull out from a bus stop/bus lane without indicating, or waiting for a gap in the traffic?
I think that they do a brilliant job. Having been a bus conductress (remember them?) in the 60s

They have a time table to keep to they keep loads of other cars off the road. For the most part they are cheeful and helpful and I wish that people would give them some leeway

Many drivers do this, not just some bus drivers. Any driver who does this is a nutter.
