Fuerteventura is lovely gran, we went in the spring a couple of years ago, stayed at Callete de Fueste, we would go back. I think everywhere is having duff weather though, it was not nice on the the Costa del Sol 2 weeks back - but fingers crossed it will blow over before you get there!
