Porridge, cabbage, fish and chocolate.

Not all in the same meal though.

There is no single right answer - simple guides such as avoid fatty foods, eat plenty of fresh stuff and have as much variety in your diet as possible are better than any notional super diet. It's hard work and tiresome, not as easy as 1-2-3 like so many idiots make out.

According to Dr Gillian McKeith ('You are what you eat' ) superfoods are...1.Green superfoods including spirulina and chlorella, Spirulina is a cultivated micro-algae that is so high in antioxidants that a 3g serving provides the carotenoids equivalent of three servings of vegetables. It is an important food for dieters as it is thought to help control blood sugar and cravings
2.Bee superfoods like royal jelly and propolis,
3.Herb superfoods, like parsley,
4.Sea vegetables, Sea vegetables contain all the 56 minerals and trace elements considered essential for health, providing up to ten times more calcium than milk and eight times as much iron as beef. They should be incorporated into the diet a couple of times per week.
5.Leafy superfoods, for example spinach and lettuce. 6. Sprouted grains.

YUK!

what on earth is a sea vegetable?!
ann_h, have you seen the fat percentage in porridge?
Am I buying the wrong brand porridge? I'm sure it has lots of inherent healthiness but 8% fat is twice some other processed foods.
can you be more specific which friggin planet are you speaking of, you ninny.
The healthiest foods are ones that havent been processed. Eat as much as you can raw. Quite limiting you may think but there are literally thousands of fruits, vegetables, herbs etc. Processing food renders it nutritionally worthless. nykkieberry offers good advice.
