What kind of ID do i need to get into a club?

i turned 18 today and going clubbin tomorrow. i dont have a provisional licence and i dont want to take out my passport. i do have a card that is call a proof of age scheme which i had when i was in school. can i use that?? it has my picture and date of birth on there, also has the silver logo that says "Pass" in the corner

some clubs will allow proof of age cards, why not phone and ask?

but also check the age restrictions. Some clubs dont allow entry to under 21s

please check as some clubs will not take proof of age cards for some reason, we only accept driving license and passports.

Some towns do a scheme where you can go to your local poilce station and they check your id and give you a wristband, might be worth asking if they do that in your area

you need proof of age to get in Age Concern centres !!

happy birthday btw, when I didnt have a licence or passport I used to use my student card, if in doubt phone the venue in advance, better to be safe than sorry
