My partner and I are separating and have agreed to split everything by 50%.

The house is in my name, we are not married. We have agrred to make a separation agreement through the solicitors.

Will she have to pay tax on her share of the profit? We have both lived in the house for 10 years.

Use the solicitors as little as possible as they charge you a lot. My wife and I separated 18 months ago and have just sold our matrimonial home. We used the same solicitor to do that but everything else has been agreed by ourselves and we have saved lots of money.
