Housing Development in Pervolia Cyprus

In 2006 we visited a housing complex in Pervolia in Cyprus. I think it was called Maraika (not sure of spelling) and there were two or three parts to , i.e. Maraika I, II and III. Does anybody have any information about it at all. Many thanks
