Dry White Wine.

White wine spritzer.

or I just have tonic water with ice and lemon (it looks just like a G & T)

according to weightwatchers, vodka with a diet mixer.

They do a weightwatchers wine but it is foul!

Anything that is clear - Gin, Vodka, etc.

Vodka or any spirit, I think clear is best don't know why with diet mixer.

My brother has a friend who is a bit overweight, but also a bit of a blitzer, and his (yes, it's a male!) drinks 'gin and slimline tonic'.

None whatsoever. You will save a huge number of calories that way...
