does anyone know the song played on the credits at the end of this film? it's a male band/person and it's quite a funky song though a bit morbid.

I haven't seen the movie but i know David Bowie sang "Bring me the Disco King" in it.

As well as the soundtrack the song can be found on his "Reality" album. Your description funky/morbid certainly fits the song.
