Flippin cats!

Was just about to go to bed when i heard the dreaded "huk,huk huk" sound coming from under the coffee table!
didn't get there in time, hairball like a dead slug on the rug:-(
any advice on what you use to combat this appreciated, btw he gets a regular combing.

I agree with Pasta,
We have had many cats in our life,and it only seems to be the short hairs that have serious hairball problems.
I get the feeling that the longer hair cats simply shed and do not ingest the hair?

Thanks mr v, did try cod liver oil a few years back as i'd heard it was good for their coats, but the contrary thing wouldn't touch it, either neat or on his food!
Might give it another go though, would prefer to use a natural product before i try any pastes etc

Happened to me last week pasta, Bruno's hacking must have filtered into my subconcious, woke up and went barefoot to the loo, yeah you've guessed it!!

Ha ha mustard, maybe your cat goes wok wok, but mine goes huk huk, wonder if its a regional dialect?!
